The Porch is closed Saturdays. Every rate includes parking for 12 vehicles, water, power, string lighting, shade, portable restroom, and pond dock access. Multi-day and custom quotes on request.
Everything below is optional and priced separately from your venue rate. Add any of it when you inquire.
Priced per guest so you only pay for the seats you fill. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the per-person rate.
Event insurance. Weddings and events over 25 guests require a one-day event liability policy, $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming The Porch as additional insured. Because we are alcohol-free, you can skip liquor liability, which is usually the expensive part. Expect $75 to $200 through providers like The Event Helper, GEICO, or WedSafe. Send us the certificate at least 14 days before your date.
Your event, your responsibility. Renters assume responsibility for themselves, their guests, and their vendors during the rental. The Porch is not responsible for personal property brought onto the property. Full terms are in your rental agreement.
All figures are starting prices. Smaller guest counts carry a higher per-person rate because delivery is a fixed cost; we quote your exact number when you inquire. Lavender portraits depend on bloom timing, usually early summer. Photographer and coordinator availability is confirmed when you book your date.
