The Porch sits on a genuine working farm. You may hear the occasional dog from our boarding kennel, animals in the pasture, and light road noise from Highway 212 nearby. We schedule quiet hours around events wherever possible. If you want horses grazing beside your celebration and an honest countryside setting rather than a soundstage, this is your place.
The Porch is a working farm with animals, a pond, and a raised deck. Renters assume responsibility for themselves, their guests, and their vendors during the rental, and carry their own event liability insurance. We are not responsible for personal property brought onto the property. Full terms are in your rental agreement.
